Welcome to Zalwango Health and Wellness

We aim to improve convenient access to primary care with a concentration on telehealth and house call models. This direct primary care model takes the worry out of insurance restrictions with high deductibles, having no insurance, long wait times, conflicting schedules, and getting prior authorization.

House Calls

One of the benefits of the House calls model in primary care, is to have a less taxing way to address urgent minor health issues in the comfort of your own home.

Telehealth

As a way to conveniently stay in touch with your provider. We offer telehealth services for our patients to maintain contact and and easier access to your healthcare needs.

Direct Primary Care

Comprehensive, one on one, individualized primary care services. Our direct primary care model is beneficial to patients who have no insurance, have high deductibles, and those whose insurances give them a hard time and

usually do not cover the services they are looking for.
